​Position Title: Head of Finance

Employment Type: Full-Time

 Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance with 15+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership. The ideal candidate holds an ACCA qualification and a BA/MA in Accounting, and will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving fiscal discipline, and supporting long-term business growth.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee cash flow management, investment planning, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to build a high-performing department.

  Qualifications & Experience

• ACCA qualified accountant.
• BA and/or MA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
