Position Summary
The Cabin Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout the flight. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to aviation safety standards, and representing the airline with professionalism and integrity. Cabin Attendants serve as ambassadors of the airline and contribute to a positive onboard experience aligned with the company’s values and service excellence standards.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Safety & Security:
- Ensure full compliance with aviation safety regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.
- Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when required.
Customer Service:
- Welcome passengers onboard and assist with seating and luggage storage.
- Provide food and beverage services efficiently and courteously.
- Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and special needs professionally.
Passenger Care & Comfort:
- Monitor cabin conditions and passenger well-being during the flight.
- Provide support to passengers requiring special assistance (elderly, children, passengers with disabilities).
Teamwork & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with fellow cabin crew and cockpit crew members.
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.
Compliance & Standards:
- Maintain grooming and uniform standards in line with company policy.
- Adhere to all regulatory and operational requirements.
About You
Education:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or aviation is an asset.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum height: (as per airline standard).
- Proportional weight to height.
- Medically fit for cabin crew duties.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
