Position Summary

The Senior Architect is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise in architectural design, planning, and project implementation. The role focuses on developing high-quality design solutions, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations, and supporting project teams through expert input and technical review. The position requires deep professional knowledge, analytical capability, and the ability to contribute to complex projects while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1.      Architectural Design & Technical Expertise

·         Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction documentation in line with project requirements and professional standards.

·         Review project briefs, design criteria, and technical specifications to ensure appropriate design solutions.

·         Apply innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural approaches to project development.

·         Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings, layouts, and design documentation.

2.      Technical Review & Quality Assurance

·         Conduct technical reviews of architectural drawings, design submissions, and construction documents.

·         Verify compliance with relevant building codes, environmental guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.

·         Participate in design review processes and provide technical recommendations to enhance

·         quality and performance.

·         Support continuous improvement of architectural standards and practices.

3.      Project Support & Coordination

·         Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project managers to support integrated project delivery.

·         Provide architectural input during project planning, design development, and implementation phases.

·         Assist in resolving technical design challenges through practical and cost-effective solutions.

·         Ensure coordination between design disciplines for technical consistency.

4.      Documentation & Compliance

·         Prepare and maintain accurate architectural documentation and technical records.

·         Ensure all design outputs are reviewed and approved in accordance with organizational procedures.

·         Contribute to preparation of technical submissions, reports, and project proposals when required.

·         Support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

About You

Education

Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Architecture.

Experience

Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and technical project support.

Required Skills

·         Advanced architectural design and technical analysis capability.

·         Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
