GSG Mining Plc is a professionally established mineral exploration and mining company incorporated in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in September 2023, and operates as part of the GS Group of Companies. The company is fully registered and licensed by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia through the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration and the Ministry of Mines, reflecting its strong compliance with national regulatory frameworks.

The core business of GSG Mining Plc is the exploration, evaluation, and development of gold and base metal resources. The company adopts internationally recognized exploration methodologies, including geological mapping, geochemical sampling, geophysical surveys, and data-driven target generation, to identify economically viable mineral deposits. Its long-term objective is to advance promising exploration assets toward resource definition and eventual mine development.

As a subsidiary of GS Construction Ltd (South Sudan), GSG Mining Plc benefits from strong technical, operational, and financial backing, as well as extensive experience in large-scale project execution within East Africa. This strategic relationship enhances the company’s capacity to operate efficiently in challenging terrains and emerging mineral jurisdictions.
