Position Summary
The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening brand presence. The role involves market analysis, customer engagement, promotional activities, and coordination with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key partners.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Marketing & Promotion
- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate advertising, branding, and promotional materials.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
- Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on market insights.
About You
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in aviation, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous.
Additional Training:
- Computer proficiency certificate required.
- Training in digital marketing is an asset.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to conduct market research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
